Project Manager Requirements:
– A minimum of 3-5 years experience ideally within the contact centre / customer services industry.
– Strong commercial acumen with experience of project accounting and ability to identify business opportunities, control costs and revenue forecast.
– Proven project management experience within a consultancy, systems integration or customer service transformation environment.
– Experience with project tools and collaboration tools.
– Experience of workshop facilitation including internal and external resources.
– PRINCE2 Project Management.
– ISO9001 experience.
