My client who is a well known brand is looking to recruit for a Customer and Claims Support. This role is an exciting position and is ideal for someone who has a real passion for customer service, they need to be confident in making decisions themselves as they will be handling the whole case from the first point of contact, right through to the resolution.

Location: Burgh Heath
Salary: 
Up to £32,000
Hours: 
Monday to Friday on a shift pattern on a 3 weekly basis plus 1 in 3 weekends (you get this time off in lieu the following week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided via telephone, email and live chat
  • Ensure all customer enquiries/issues/complaints are resolved and managed in a timely manner
